Happy Tuesday all! I’m currently at one of our university buildings, checking up on the website, doing miscellaneous tasks, figuring out how to use tags and such. I’ve already watched the lecture for this week’s Consumer Caw seminar – wasn’t much of a help, we’re basically just doing independent study this week then presenting in front of the class. I already presented with my group last week (professor liked our energy!) so I doubt I’ll be called on again.
I brought a packed lunch of steak with me, plus some coffee in a thermos. This whole making-coffee-at-home thing is new to me, but I do like it so far, plus I save so much money! I’m using the Kenco coffee (Kenco Millicano instant, for anyone interested) and as always, a splash of cream. I’m definitely a cream over milk kinda gal. As far as instant coffee goes, I’m pleasantly suprised with this one. I’ve tried instant before, the Nestle brand, and I absolutely hated it. Tasted like chemicals to me, but this Kenco coffee smells and tastes pretty great. It was comparatively pricer than its other supermarket shelf counterparts, but not by much, so I’m glad I went for it.
Also, I added a pinch of rosemary to the container of steak before I closed it and wow, what an excellent last minute addition! I forgot to add any during the cooking process, but just that tiny pinch of dried herbs made the whole thing smell and taste amazing for lunch!
I’m going to go back to studying Consumer Law now. I’ll probably start making notes because I haven’t made any physical ones so far this term. I’ll start with some Contract Law on contract formation, then dive into sale of goods and all that. Toodles for now!
